These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Shail Trade shareholder portal and mobile application operated by S'hail Shipping & Maritime Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Access

  • You must be a registered shareholder of S'hail Shipping & Maritime Services
  • You must be 18 years or older
  • Your account requires admin approval before activation
  • You must have allocated shares to access the trading platform
  • Account status must be "active" to use the system

2. Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Qatar ID and password
  • If you receive a temporary password, you must change it immediately upon first login
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • We monitor login activities for security purposes

3. Share Trading Rules

3.1 Selling Shares

  • You can only sell shares that are available in your account
  • Sale requests must specify number of shares, unit price, and validity period
  • You can mark your sale as negotiable or fixed price
  • Sale requests expire automatically after the validity date
  • All transactions require admin approval before completion

3.2 Buying Shares

  • You can browse active sale requests from other shareholders
  • You can post purchase interests indicating your buying intent
  • Purchase interests must specify desired shares, price, and validity period
  • Contact information is shared with potential sellers

3.3 Transaction Process

  • All share transfers are processed by company administrators
  • Transactions are recorded in your share change history
  • Share balances are updated automatically upon transaction approval
  • You will receive push notifications about transaction status

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Share prices are determined by individual shareholders
  • The company does not guarantee any specific share value
  • Payment arrangements are made directly between buyer and seller
  • The platform facilitates connections but does not process payments

5. Notifications

By using the mobile app, you consent to receive push notifications about new trading opportunities, company announcements, AGM/EGM meetings, and transaction updates. You can disable notifications in your device settings.

6. Investor Relations

The platform provides access to company documents, financial reports, AGM/EGM materials, and announcements. These materials are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Posting false or misleading sale/purchase information
  • Attempting to manipulate share prices
  • Sharing your account credentials with others
  • Using the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Interfering with the platform's operation

8. Disclaimers

  • The platform is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability
  • Share trading involves financial risk
  • We are not responsible for disputes between shareholders
  • Past dividends do not guarantee future returns

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your shareholder status changes. You may request account deactivation by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Qatar commercial law and regulations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
